Sometimes display shows there is enough remaining ink, but the actual ink cartridge is empty or very low. Please check if the ink remains inside the cartridge or not. Excessive head gap can cause ink mist to cure on the head surface. *If the head gap is larger than 2.0mm on materials, especially on reflective materials (like a mirror or shiny material) the nozzles can clog. The caps, table surface, and heads must be cleaned regularly. *This error is caused by poor air quality in the print environment or by inadequate printer maintenance. I use to have a weekly test print sent to the Canon, to prevent the nozzles from seizing and to notice when the ink cartridges were empty. It’s replacing my old laser printer (Brother HL-2270DW) and inkjet (Canon MX922), the latter I got sick of being, well, an inkjet printer.
